Shipping Information
Our standard default shipping is through USPS Priority Mail and we normally ship on Saturdays. You will normally receive your order the following Wed or Thurs. If you want to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express or FedEx, please contact us prior to making your order and well give you a shipping estimate. We highly recommend FedEx for orders shipped during cold and hot weather or if you are ordering an orchid that is over $50 in value.
Please note, at this time we do not ship outside the continental United States.
When you check out through Paypal, you will be given the opportunity to select between USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.
- USPS Priority Mail - usually delivers in 2-3 business days.
- USPS Express Mail - delivers overnight to some areas.
Heat Packs and Cold Weather
We make every effort to monitor the weather and make sure your plants are shipped during weather that is sufficiently warm. But we do not take responsibility for winter shipments that result in damage when a heat pack has not been purchased for the shipment. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase a heat pack if you know that shipment will be traveling or arriving in inclement weather. We are happy to hold orders to make sure your orchids are shipped safey. Please help us ensure your order is safe by alerting us to weather issues and be proactive about purchasing heat packs for your order if needed.
Our Return Policy
We guarantee that all plants are correctly labeled, healthy and that you will receive the plant you ordered.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of its receipt. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues with your order. We do not claim responsibility for plants damaged in shipping after they leave our care. FedEx has the best track record at resolving issues with damage to perishable items, so we recommend shipping FedEx if you want the extra security. Please note we do not accept returns on plants that have been correctly labeled and have arrived safely.
