(Phal. tetraspis var alba X Phal. violacea 'SDO Violet)
This is our attempt at creating a coerulea Jennifer Palermo with our best standard coerulea violacea. So far these have been fast growers, exhibiting good hybrid vigor. The expectation is that most of these will flower out bluish lavender.
Update 6/16/09: So far these have mostly been blooming a light lavender. One of these has bloomed out almost red. At this point we feel like it's pretty unlikely any of these will bloom out coerulea.
As with most tetrapsis hybrids, we expect that mature plants will be ever blooming with heavier flushes in late spring and late summer.
